ARROZ CON LECHE
It is once the most delicious desserts from colombia,
it´s pretty popular in the VALLE DEL CAUCA.
The Arroz con Leche, is rice with milk boiled, sugar and cinnamon you can appends some crackers for example: wafer .
is really delicious.
